Our subscription model is designed for businesses, agencies, and marketing teams that need continuous web design and development support. For a flat monthly fee of $299, you get unlimited landing pages and full websites (up to 10 pages), all built from scratch with our signature atelier approach.

How the Subscription Works
1. Free 30-Minute Consultation
Before you subscribe, we start with a complimentary consultation to ensure this model is the right fit for your needs.

2. Subscription Agreement & Setup
Once you decide to proceed, we'll send you:
- Subscription agreement outlining all terms and conditions
- Payment setup for monthly recurring billing
- Client portal access to submit requests and track progress
- Onboarding call to set up your account and first requests
3. Submit Your First Request
Through your dedicated client portal, you can submit unlimited design requests:
- Landing pages - Single-page designs for campaigns, products, or services
- Full websites - Multi-page sites up to 10 pages
- Updates & revisions - Changes to existing work
- Redesigns - Fresh looks for existing pages
- Content updates - Text, images, and media changes
Important: We work on one request at a time to ensure quality. Multiple requests can be queued, and we'll work through them in order.
4. We Build Your Request
Once we receive your request with all necessary materials, we get to work:

5. Unlimited Revisions
Not happy with something? No problem. Your subscription includes unlimited revisions:

- No additional fees for revisions
- Same quality commitment on every revision
Note: Revisions apply to the current request scope. Major changes that transform the project into something entirely different may be treated as a new request.
6. Approval & Launch
Once you approve the final design:
- We deploy to your hosting (included in subscription)
- SSL certificate automatically configured
- Google Analytics integrated for tracking
- Performance optimization applied
- Your new page or site goes live
7. Submit Your Next Request
As soon as one request is complete, we move on to your next request in the queue. The cycle continues for as long as you're subscribed.

Pause or Cancel Anytime
We understand that business needs change. Your subscription is flexible:

- Pauses billed in daily increments
- Resume whenever you're ready - no reactivation fees

Cancelling Your Subscription
- Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice
- No cancellation fees or penalties
- Complete any in-progress requests before your end date
- You retain full ownership of all completed work
What happens after cancellation:
You keep all websites and landing pages we've created. After cancellation, hosting is no longer included. We can assist with transferring your sites to your own hosting provider or you can continue hosting with us for $24.99/month per site.
Request Guidelines & Limitations
Request Queue System
To maintain quality, we work on one request at a time. You can submit unlimited requests, and they'll be queued in order:
- Submit requests anytime through your client portal
- See your position in the queue
- Receive real-time updates on progress
- Communicate directly with your designer

Typical Monthly Capacity
While there's no hard limit on requests, here's what most subscribers accomplish per month:
- 15-20 landing pages per month, or
- 4 full websites (up to 10 pages each), or
- Mix of both plus ongoing content updates
Requirements for Each Request
To ensure fast turnaround, please provide:
- Clear brief outlining goals and requirements
- All content (text, images, logos)
- Design preferences or inspiration (if any)
- Any third-party integrations or tools to connect
Note: Incomplete requests will be moved back in the queue until all materials are provided.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration and fast delivery:
- Provide timely feedback on work in progress (within 2-3 business days)
- Supply complete materials with each request
- Ensure you have rights to all content and materials provided
- Maintain active payment method for monthly billing
- Respond to clarification questions promptly
- Approve or request revisions within reasonable timeframes
Important: Delays in feedback or materials may affect turnaround times. Requests on hold for more than 7 days may be deprioritized to allow other queued requests to proceed.

Limitations & Exclusions
The subscription does not include:
- Third-party service fees (domains, email hosting, premium plugins)
- Copywriting or content creation services
- Photography or video production
- Logo design or brand identity work
- Mobile app development
- Complex web applications or SaaS platforms
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant professional service and quality work following industry standards. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, search rankings, conversion rates, or compatibility with all future technologies and browsers.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to one month's subscription fee. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
